Terms and Conditions
A 40% non-refundable deposit of the total tour price is required on booking. 90 days prior to departure: the remainder of the total tour price is due.
The total tour price includes the specified accommodation, transport, golf and any other items noted on the itinerary schedule.
Invoices are due on receipt and will be raised for the booking deposit and then 90 days prior to travel for the balance of the total tour price. Payments may be made by electronic transfer to our bank account or by credit card/Paypal (3% fees applies for credit card/Paypal)
No refunds for unused services during a client’s vacation. No refunds will be available after a client’s vacation has started.
Insurance
We strongly advise that our clients effect comprehensive travel insurance to cover their trip. This is essential to cover fees lost in the event of cancellation as well as medical care and baggage protection.
Itinerary
We work with our clients to perfect their itinerary and we understand that changes to an itinerary can sometimes happen due to reasons beyond all parties’ control. G Golf Ireland will work to satisfy each request to the best of our ability. It is the group leaders responsibility to communicate any itinerary changes to us at the earliest possible date. In the event of any supplier being able to supply the contracted service, G Golf Ireland will endeavor to substitute like for like services subject to availability.

G Golf Ireland assumes no responsibility for, and the client hereby releases G Golf Ireland from, any claim, cause of action, loss, expense, injury or damage that participant may incur relating to the failure by any third party (such as an airline, hotel, transportation service or golf course) to perform its obligation to provide goods, accommodations or services; the negligence or wilful misconduct of any third party in connection with the performance of its obligation to provide goods, accommodations or services; or any act of God, civil disturbance, conflict, strike, theft, governmental action or any other event or action not within the control of G Golf Ireland. Reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made where deemed advisable for the comfort and well being of the passengers, or changes as a result of unexpected conflicts not indicated in our itinerary.
