Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

• A 35% non-refundable deposit of the total tour price is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance is due 100 days before departure.
• If payment deadlines are missed, we reserve the right to release services and cancel the booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• No refunds are available for unused services during a client trip.
• No refunds are available once a client vacation has started.
• Additional supplier cancellation terms may apply depending on hotels, golf clubs, transport, and other third-party services.

3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all clients. This should include cancellation protection, medical cover, and baggage cover.

4. Itinerary Changes

We work closely with clients to perfect each itinerary. Changes may sometimes be necessary due to circumstances outside any party’s control. G Golf Ireland will always aim to satisfy change requests where possible. Group leaders are responsible for communicating requested changes as early as possible.

5. Data and Marketing Communication

By submitting your information through our website, email, or social channels, you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry and send relevant marketing/newsletter updates. You can unsubscribe at any time. Personal data provided to G Golf Ireland is not sold and is not reused for unrelated purposes.

6. Responsibility

Clients acknowledge that G Golf Ireland acts as an agent/introductory agent for third-party suppliers of accommodation, transport, golf services, and other travel-related services. We are not the principal provider of those services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G Golf Ireland is not responsible for losses, costs, delays, injury, or damages caused by a third-party supplier’s failure or misconduct, or by events beyond our control, including acts of God, civil disturbance, conflict, strikes, theft, governmental action, and comparable force majeure events.

Reasonable itinerary adjustments may be made where advisable for client comfort, wellbeing, operational continuity, or to resolve unforeseen conflicts.

7. Supplier Terms and Remedies

All travel tickets, holiday products, and travel services booked through G Golf Ireland are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier. Any rights or remedies in relation to those services are against the relevant supplier, except where mandatory law states otherwise.
